I have been trying to sign into MY Solid Works for the last two weeks with no luck. I keep being asked for my ID and passwords. I have installed the software and have it up and running and received my serial number but have no idea how to access either my ID or Password. I bought the student desk version from www.solidworks.com/studentstore.and have run setup as administrator with no luck. I have dragged the two files I was asked about but unsure if they were actually uploaded as after dragging them into the window I was never notified rather I was successful or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
