Hello, some of my collegues in my formula student Team cannot access their dashboards. When trying to log in they get this failure message. They have found a support link to solve this issue, but there it is descirbed how an administrator would solve this issue. Since we cannot have admin responsibility ourselves, I need some help of a formula student EUW admin to help me resolve this.
