3DExperience team member no access to platform

Hello. We got a sponsored 3DExperience license for our student design team. One member does not have access to the platform. She got the invite along with everyone else, and I gave her access to our collaborative space but she would get an error saying user inactive when trying to open 3DSpace. I reached out to the person that sent the invitation to our platform and he sent her a new one. She accepted it again, now she could see a folder I shared with her on 3DDrive but still not 3DSpace. I don't understand what the issue is. Can anyone help? Thank you!
