3Dexperience Apps won't start

Hello everybody,

I have done a second installation of the 3Dexperience Content on my Laptop. This should work, since I have already had two parallel installations on two different devices. The Apps on my Laptop do not start.

I can leave it like that for hours with no change. I did many reinstallations now, and the Apps still won't start. The second computer does not have this problem and is currently offline (there should not be an interaction between them).

What could be the problem? How many parallel installations are allowed?
