Keeping up the spirit of 3DEXCITE Platform Pioneer as a Dassault Systemes La Fondation volunteer!

It’s a pleasure for me to inform you that, as a part of Dassault Systemes La Fondation, I volunteered from 3DEXCITE Pune team to deliver training on Creative Experience for their project, “VR based Learning Experiences”. It was a 2 day training program on 3rd and 4th of August. The students traveled from Bangalore to Pune for this training. It was an awesome experience for me.

Background:

Dassault Systemes La Fondation supports  innovative, not-for-profit projects from projects leaders based in Europe, India and the United States. It is a voluntary activity of which I am a part. https://www.lafondation3ds.org/

“We always thought that this happens only in movies. But Mr.Yash Dhake created a sense of interest and gave a very good knowledge of AR/VR/MR right from the history to use cases. The Creative Experience app on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is super easy to learn and to create content. We also learnt brainstorming technique for idea generation and storyboarding. With the State-of-art facilities available at the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab, we were able to collaborate and create a nice story for our project. This also helped us to drill down to a particular area from a pool of random ideas.”

“The training experience at Dassault Systemes was awesome. We learnt the concepts of Camera management, Scenario creation, Behavior and created a Helicopter Scenario animation. Before learning this, we had never seen or used this app. The UI is clean and the app is intuitive. The fact that it uses Natural Language Programming itself makes it unique and useful for everyone. Apart from this project, we will use the knowledge of Creative Experience to demonstrate our final year projects. This will help the jury to understand the project better.”
