With the need for more shields and masks in different sizes for babies, children and adults, not all models can be scaled and then 3D Printed. Here is an example of one model taken from WPI's ME2300 students. The model can be scaled at 85% and 90% and still be structurally sound. Note: holes on the shield material must be adjusted.
