Our 3DEXPERIENCE platform can probably help them going on in their project, enhancing what they have done and put this mask in production faster ?

Indeed, they took the gamble to design OCOV: a reusable, economical and durable mask. Developed in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, this respiratory protection promises a high level of protection, good tightness and great comfort for prolonged wear.

  • To avoid waste, the majority of parts are made of plastic and can therefore be washed. Here is the composition of an OCOV mask:
  • The flexible plastic skirt is easy to clean. It is ergonomic and has been designed and tested to be worn without discomfort for several hours.
  • The internal half-mask is flexible in order to ensure a good seal by conforming to the shape of the face. It can also be washed by hand.
  • The two attachment straps are placed on the head and neck and thus prevent the ears from suffering.
  • The filter is washable up to 20 times (the mask comes with 5 filters). It protects against particles, dust and aerosol (and therefore virus) projections.
  • The grid and washable plastic cap hold the filter in place.
