Dr. Pankaj Merchia is on a mission to convert CPAP machines into ventilators and enable sleep apnea patients to use their CPAP machines without spreading COVID 19 in the nursing homes and hospitals. Dassault Systems SOLIDWORKS enabled Dr. Pankaj to design the CPAP to the Ventilator converter module. We helped Dr. Pankaj in visualising his concepts and using SOLIDWORKS Flow simulation to understand the flow velocities and pressure in the part to validate his concepts.
