The following idea uses the existing 3DEXPERIENCE platform cloud solution.  It proposes the use existing 3DS technology with some modification/integration to government health systems.

Why: Allows health authorities to identify potential viral hot spots

What: Health viral scorecard tracking virus symptom and other metrics (tbd).

Who: All citizens, with deployment prioritized for aged and primary health care workers. 

How:  Deployed in partnership with Government health departments e.g. Global (WHO) and national.

Challenges: Acceptance, Privacy and Scalability.  Government to drive
