I have two licenses of Draftsight standard that the user is no longer at the company and the laptops have been formatted. I want to give the licenses to other users but receive an error that "Activation transaction has failed. Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license from another computer and retry. i go to the web portal for the license but do not see where I can deactivate.
