High School Mathematics

I am beginning to investigate the use of xGenerative in high school mathematics courses.  The specific course is Integrated Mathematics 1 (IM1) in which, typically, thirteen to fifteen year-old students enroll.

Let me share an example problem from the course textbook's first chapter (module) which is included in this post as an image and 3DXML.  The 3DXML contains no geometry, only a graph.

To this community...

  1. How could I improve my current graph to help solve the example problem?
  2. How could I represent the problem differently, in another way, using the graph?
  3. How might my custom node be modified or enhanced to better help understanding of the example problem?

Thank you
