In this session, we will explain how SOLIDWORKS was used to enhance the performance of a gas convection oven for one of the leading suppliers in the Bakery & Pastry Equipment industry in Egypt. The session encloses an informative case study explaining how the gas oven was reverse engineered using SOLIDWORKS with the objective of changing several design aspects that were affecting it's efficiency and performance after receiving several complaints from consumers in the market. The oven's design has been improved on SOLIDWORKS taking into consideration all product flows and has been finally re-manufactured in Egypt.
