Session Abstract
In a world of virtual twins and collaborative platforms, the most critical variable is still the human one. Engineering leaders face the dual challenge of mastering complex digital tools while guiding teams to innovate and execute. To succeed, leaders must develop their emotional intelligence (EQ) as a powerful tool to maximize both team performance and technology ROI. Drawing from my journey from problem solver to people leader, we’ll explore what EQ means in a data-driven, technical environment and why it's essential for the success of collaborative design projects. Our goal is to help engineers evolve from being effective—those who get things done—to becoming transformative leaders who inspire growth and earn a seat at the leadership table. Attendees will gain actionable strategies to strengthen self-awareness, empathy, and communication, empowering them to lead their teams and complex projects with confidence.
