Mr. Lasse has been supporting mechanical design engineering efforts as a designer since 1990, upon earning an Associate Degree in Drafting Technology. He has worked in a variety of industries, everything from large scale steel fabrication to food-grade processing equipment to first-tier automotive supplier parts. Returning to achieve a BS in Business Information Systems in 2004, Mr. Lasse recognized the value of managing the important data produced within corporate Engineering Departments and supporting systems that make available direct access to, and full control over, this crucial resource across the full range of business processes.

An enthusiast of all forms of design, Mr. Lasse also enjoys creating digital renders and animations, tinkering with mechanics and electronics, as well as keeping up with his family’s small homestead. Married to his wife Lorrie since 1999, their two children are grown and live nearby in the Northwest Arkansas area.

Mike Dekoning

Mike is a Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) focused on data management and automation with TPM, a SOLIDWORKS reseller in the Southeastern United States. His duties at TPM include support, implementation, and training for the SOLIDWORKS data management portfolio. He is involved with data migrations, design auomation, and system integrations. Prior to joining TPM in 2019, Mike was a CAD/PDM administrator with a large global corporation and was part of the team that implemented PDM in 2007. Before that he had decades of experience as a mechanical designer. He has certifications from SOLIDWORKS in Mechanical Design (CSWP), Data Management (CPPA), and several others. Mike also has vast experience programming SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional and DraftSight. He is additionally a frequent contributor on the SOLIDWORKS and DraftSight communities.
