Jay has more than 15 years of experience providing second level Technical Support for the SOLIDWORKS Simulation product. In addition to being the author of over 1000 solutions for the Knowledge Base, he works closely with the SOLIDWORKS Simulation R&D team on various initiatives to continuously improve the customer experience. In recent years, he has also taken on the responsibility of managing SOLIDWORKS Simulation escalations.
