During this session, you will learn step-by-step the following procedures: - How to invite an external member to your 3DEXPERIENCE server. - How to create a catalog of “Supplier” companies. - How to link the external member to a “Supplier” companies. - How to set your environment (Collaborative Spaces and Bookmark) to ensure the external member access only to the information he needs. After this session you will able to properly invite external suppliers to your 3DEXPERIENCE platform server, manage their accesses, and set a streamlined collaboration workflow between internal and external teams.
