Jose Pereiras joined Dassault Systèmes's brand SOLIDWORKS LATAM, based at the Santiago de Chile DS office, in 2008, as an Industry Process Senior Consultant. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering in “Numerical Simulation and Nonlinear Finite Elements on Plasticity” and obtained his Magister in 2006 from the University de Buenos Aires, Argentina in “Numerical Simulation and Control”. Since 2011, Jose has repeatedly presented at the SOLIDWORKS World and the 3DEXPERIENCE World conferences, speaking on all topics, such as simulation domains, structures, fluid dynamics, and plastic injection. Jose's work experience includes fifteen years of working as a Researcher on Oil & Gas products, focusing on threaded connections. On top, for more than twenty years, Jose has taught as a Professor at the National Technology University in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on numerical simulation subjects.
