Soumitra has recently joined Dassault Systèmes as Product Manager for SOLIDWORKS Inspection and 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Cloud applications. He has been a SOLIDWORKS Desktop user for since more than 3 years now. Soumitra has work experience in sheet metal, rubber, and plastic industries. His has expertise in stamping and injection-blow molding tool design. During his bachelor's studies, Soumitra and his college team participated in various collegiate level racing championships where they designed and built full-scale Go-kart, Student Formula, and Baja- All Terrain vehicles to compete with other teams. Even today, Soumitra is still keeping the enthusiasm and passion for designing and fabricating race karts.
