Design and engineering students will present a SOLIDWORKDS CAD project to faculty, peers, and potential employers at some point in their educational career. Effective communication of design is critical to product design and development. This session will provide workflow techniques to enhance the visual content and communication of design data. A review of common errors made by undergraduate design and engineering students during design review presentations will be reviewed. This presentation offers attendees solutions to overcome these errors with the use of visualization techniques and tools, Photoview360, and Motion Studies. The presentation will also offer introduction to new areas of visual exploration such as virtual and augmented reality.
