Your IFWE Experience community

For a question, issue, or enhancement request, your IFWE Experience community is the place to go to get answers. 

Connecting you directly with your reseller partner and teams at Dassault Systèmes from sales, to support, and R&D.

If you do not have an IFWE Experience community, please reach out to your reseller partner and request for one to be set up.

3DSupport app

Use the 3DSupport app to create service requests. The app offers the ability to create, respond, and check the status of your support requests.

From the compass of the Partner Portal Cloud, either open the 'Support Role' or navigate directly from 'My Apps' and open the '3DSupport' app.


When you are in the 3DSupport app, you can see an overview of your service request status, or check individual service  requests through the 'My Requests' tab.
