Session Abstract

SOLIDWORKS is great at providing a world of possibilities for how to make a part, an assembly, or a drawing. With all those options, you can create an identical part with an entirely different feature tree, so how exactly do you discern whether you should use this or that feature? In this presentation, Ray Morrogh, an Elite Applications engineer with TriMech, will break down the Venn Diagram for commonly used features within SOLIDWORKS to let you know the best use cases for features, as well as some tips and tricks for using them. This will focus heavily on sketches, curves, and part modeling, looking at key benefits and differences to help you model in a way that best suits your design intent.
