If you have purchased the SOLIDWORKS Cloud offer or any of the Browser Based CAD roles such as 3D Creator , 3D Sculptor and more, then the good news is that you are not required to install these applications.
The apps run directly in your browser and can be accessed from the Compass or from the Default Cockpit dashboard.
If you have any of the SOLIDWORKS Browser Based Roles you can directly access xDesign or any other SOLIDWORKS Browser Based roles can be accessed from the 3D Creator Home Cockpit, Design tab.
To access an other SOLIDWORKS Browser Bases app, you can select it from the Welcome app shown below, or by selecting the 'v' next to xDesign shown below.
You can also initiate an app from the Compass menu at the top left of your dashboard.
