Jack is an Application Engineer for DraftSight, and has 12 years of 2D and 3D CAD experience in both professional and educational environments. Prior to working for Dassault Systèmes, he was a Mechanical Design Engineer for SwimEx Inc., and an Aquatic System Design Engineer for Weston & Sampson Inc. He has his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Andreas Kulik’s career spans over 22 years in the development, management, and sale of cutting-edge CAD and PLM software solutions across a diverse range of industries. He is a member of the 3DEXPERIENCE Works leadership team, where he leads global business development and go-to-market strategy of DraftSight, a industry leading 2D CAD design, drafting, and collaboration solution from Dassault Systèmes. Before joining the 3DEXPERIENCE Works team, Andreas served on the SOLIDWORKS brand corporate strategy and business development team, where he led the development of online products and services for the brand’s global user community.
Prior to his tenure at Dassault Systèmes, Andreas held sales and product management positions at PTC, working with some of the world's leading Fortune 500 companies. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Braunschweig, Germany and has been awarded a patent for co-inventing embedded fluid cooling in printed circuit boards.

Jim Ustar is a Worldwide Senior Client Executive for the Dassault Systèmes, DraftSight Team. He started his career as an engineer at Parker Hannifin Corp. in Cleveland, OH specializing in CAD/CAE applications. Jim was a CAD Consultant and 2D Drafting Product Marketing Manager at Unigraphics (Seimens NX). Additionally, he is a Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) and former SOLIDWORKS Territory Sales Manager. Jim has extensive experience in the Automotive & Aerospace industries specializing in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) applications and is a degreed Mechanical Engineer and Adjunct Faculty member at Lakeland Community College where he taught both 3D SOLIDWORKS Modeling and a variety of 2D CAD Drafting courses.
