Post processing for the DELMIA NC applications is critical in delivering a complete solution to our end customers. This 90-minute session will train you in how to assemble the basics of a post processor, including custom tooling tables, automatic coolant output, O Block from the Manufacturing Program in the Activities process view, using both inch and metric outputs from the same post, calculate total machining time and output at the beginning of the ISO G-code, the setup of registers and their formats, introduction to system variables, introduction to pp tables, adding post instructions to control sequence numbers and machine smoothing. The trainee will leave the session with a collection of user defined macros that can be plugged into any post processor to achieve the same capabilities demonstrated during the training.
