Child-friendly innovation arrives at home! Easy-d-Rom Engineering, has developed educational projects in order to evangelize about 3D technology to children.

The LabsforKids project, was born two years ago, to give children a complete technological experience, starting from a 3D scan, to get to 3D modeling and 3D printing as well as robotics lessons. We believe we have offered a new vision for an alternative and educational use of technology.

Initially, the workshops were only available in schools, but the pandemic of March 2020 made us change our programs by creating a digital series of events named first “STAYHOME with LABSFORKIDS” and then continuing with “SPECIAL EDITIONS”!

Ours is a free project, safe and open to everyone, thanks to the Solidworks AppsforKids platform (www.swappsforkids.com), which allows children to create their own online 3D archives and learn with our interactive video lessons organized every week.
