In this session, the teachers and students from Cherokee Trail High School will explain how we set up a culture that has motivated students to earn 250+ CSWA Certifications, 40+ CSWP Certifications, and 8 CSWE Certifications.  Topics will include; 

•        Selling students and the school community on the value of SOLIDWORKS Certifications
•        How to incentivize students to do extra preparation work for certifications. 
•        How to turn a student failing a certification into future success.
•        Why it is important to embed SOLIDWORKS content into classes that are not focused on CAD.
•        Ideas on how to market students' certification successes. 

You will hear from multiple current Cherokee Trail High School students that have earned their CSWE, about their motivation and the benefits they have already found from certifications.
