Tyler COOK, Operations Manager of the Mechanical and Civil Structural groups | PES

As a degreed mechanical engineer with a professional engineering license, he has worked as a lead design engineer and project manager for approximately 10 years. Tyler’s experience spans across multiple industries including oil and gas, renewables, and marine. He also received a patent for a method and apparatus for setting downhole plugs and other objects in wellbores. Tyler has supported this product from the beginning of development through field testing and commercialization. During the last 10 years, Tyler has been tasked with project managing large projects and managing multimillion-dollar product testing budgets. Recently, he took on a role at PES as Operations Manager of the Mechanical and Civil Structural groups. In this role, he ensures PES’ reputation regarding the health, safety, and welfare of the public is of the highest importance to all team members. Maintaining and enforcing PES’ core value beliefs is a significant portion of this role because the operations team must maintain alignment with our customer’s interests so that both the customer and PES are successful.

Philip MORROW, Mechanical Engineer | MLC CAD

Philip MORROW is a Mechanical Engineer in the Central Texas area with an expertise in 3D design, analysis, and engineering business software. With a background in defense contracting and CNC machining, he has trained over 1000 SOLIDWORKS users in mechanical design and simulation. Today he is focuses on achieving business success for his customers through training, consulting services, and implementing customized software solutions with the SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE suite of products.

Peter KJELLBOTN, Industry Process Consultant | Dassault Systèmes

Peter Kjellbotn, P.Eng. is an Industry Process Consultant and professional engineer based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  After his mechanical engineering degree, he began his career in the composites industry before joining the SOLIDWORKS channel.  He spent 9 years supporting SOLIDWORKS Simulation customers across Canada – solution concepts, training, and mentoring to help customers overcome their design and simulation challenges.  Most recently, Peter spent 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry as a product design engineer, developing innovative downhole drilling and completion tools.  In this role, Peter was an early adopter of the 3DEXPERIENCE Works simulation tools, which led him to his current role as a 3DEXPERIENCE Works Industry Process Consultant with Dassault Systèmes. 

Ramesh LAKSHMIPATHY, 3DEXPERIENCE Works Industry Process Consult | Dassault Systèmes

Ramesh LAKSHMIPATHY has over 25 years of experience in the CAD/CAE industry. His background includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UMASS-Amherst. Ramesh's career at Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS spans 20 years. Ramesh has worked in Product Management, Product Definition, Product Integration, Field Marketing, Technical Support, and Certification and is currently a Sr Industry Process Consultant – Mgt Director managing the North American Simulation Technical Sales team.  Ramesh has worked with numerous Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Design, High Tech, and Oil and Gas customers, implementing SOLIDWORKS Simulation solutions. He is currently focused on implementing the next generation Simulation technology from Dassault Systemes  -  “3DEXPERIENCE Works SIMULIA”  solutions to SOLIDWORKS customers.

Gustavo REANO, Specialist CAE in R&D Engineering | RESEMIN

Gustavo M. Reaño PULACHE is a Mechatronics Engineer with a passion for new technologies in mechanical design and automation processes, believing firmly that all innovative technology goes hand in hand with great collaboration.

He graduated in Mechatronics Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal (UNFV) in Lima, Peru.

Gustavo then worked for five years in the mining industry as a Mechanism Designer, gaining experience in developer-cone-crushing, sag milling, and drilling machines.

Among others, his work experience comes from working for three years as a Mechanism and Mold Blow Designer in the plastic industry and eight years as a Structural Analyst with under-loader machines.

Gustavo is a certified engineer on Analyst Structural Failure at PUCP and has more than eight years of user experience with SOLIDWORKS simulations.

Manuel Edson MORALES, Mechanical Designer and Structural Analyst | RESEMIN

Manuel Edson MORALES is a Mechanical Designer and Structural Analyst at RESEMIN.

He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the ENGINEERING NATIONAL UNIVERSITY in Lima-Perú. For seven years Manuel worked with SOLIDWORKS resellers in Peru and Colombia before joining RESEMIN five years ago. Manuel’s expertise stems from working with SOLIDWORKS solutions for the past 12 years. Since 2013 he is a SOLIDWORKS Elite Applications Engineer and is now on top a certified SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design and Simulation Expert.

Srikrishna CHITTUR, 3DEXPERIENCE Works Industry Process Consult | Dassault Systèmes

Srikrishna S. CHITTUR is a SIMULIA Industry Process Expert at Dassault Systèmes who leads the technical enablement of Partner Resellers and Customers of Dassault Systèmes on simulation-driven innovation solutions offered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Previously, Krishna led the product strategy, including roadmap planning, product definition, go-to-market, packaging, and pricing for SIMULIA’s mainstream fluid simulation (CFD) solution on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. As a passionate Evangelist of SIMULIA’s overall vision for Democratization, Krishna communicates, among others, with internal teams, key customers, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) about Dassault Systèmes upfront Designer-centric simulation solutions addressing a broad range of industrial processes.

Before joining SIMULIA R&D in 2016, Krishna functioned as a Simulation Applications Expert at Trimech Solutions (SOLIDWORKS Reseller) with a focus on pre-sales, technical & sales training, technical support, marketing, and engineering services associated with the SOLIDWORKS Simulation portfolio. He holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Jose PEREIRAS, Design & Simulation Industry Process Consultant Senior | Dassault Systèmes

Jose PEREIRAS joined Dassault Systemes's brand SOLIDWORKS LATAM, based at the Santiago de Chile DS office, in 2008, as an Industry Process Senior Consultant. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering in “Numerical Simulation and Nonlinear Finite Elements on Plasticity” and obtained his Magister in 2006 from the University de Buenos Aires, Argentina in “Numerical Simulation and Control”.

Since 2011, Jose has repeatedly presented at the SOLIDWORKS World and the 3DEXPERIENCE World conferences, speaking on all topics, such as simulation domains, structures, fluid dynamics, and plastic injection.

Jose's work experience includes fifteen years of working as a Researcher on Oil & Gas products, focusing on threaded connections. On top, for more than twenty years, Jose has taught as a Professor at the National Technology University in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on numerical simulation subjects.
