Abstract
Design data at the beginning of any product development is incomplete and evolving making it difficult to apply Finite Element Analysis. Simulation of multiple scenarios that the product will be designed to use is imperative and the only legit way to understand its limitations and develop countermeasures to create an end product that is closer to the initial design intent. This calls for concurrent (not sequential) Modelling and Simulation processes with no limitations on shape, gage, and material variability.
