Reasons and Solutions for "Access Denied" error

Sometimes you might have encountered "Access Denied" error while logging in to Makers Platform as shown in following image.
This might be happening due to the one of the following cases.

Case 1: You have active subscription and trying to login to platform but you are getting "Access Denied error".

This case arises when you Login to different platform other than Makers Platform. You will get "Access Denied" error with message "You have not yet been invited to the platform. Please ask the platform administrator for an invitation", as shown in image.

In this case, please make sure that you are logging in to Makers Platform, check access by logging in using following link.

Case 2: You had access to Makers Platform but suddenly you are getting "Access Denied" error.

This case arises when your active Makers subscription is over. You might receive "Access Denied" error as "You're currently logged in as "" as shown in image.

In this situation, please check the email received while placing 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers order for subscription period dates. If your subscription period was expired please renew subscription form 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers page.

Use your previous 3DEXPERIENCE Platform credentials to login when it ask for login while placing order. That will give you access to your previous tenant and files stored in Platform.

Case 3:  You have purchased 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers and logging in to Makers Platform but you are getting "Access Denied" error.

This might happens due to account is not yet synced to Makers Platform please wait for sometimes and test the behavior again.

If you are still getting "Access Denied" error, please refer the Online Purchase Support page to submit contact form.

Case 4:  If you are experiencing the "Access Denied" error and above cases are reason, please check behavior by clearing browser data and restarting the browser (Recommended browsers are Chrome\\Firefox\\Edge).
