Login error - Incorrect username/password

When you login to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, you need to specify the username and password to connect to the platform. If your username/password is incorrect, you will face a login error "Incorrect username/email or password".

Resolution:

  • If you know your username and have forgotten your password, you can retrieve your password using the "Forgot my password" link in the login window.
  • If you forgot your username, you can refer your invitation email and use the email that you have used while registering your 3DEXPERIENCE ID (you could face this issue if you have more than one 3DEXPERIENCE ID associated with different email addresses and are trying to access the platform using the invalid user name registered on this platform)

Login error - Access Denied

When login to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, you may get an “Sorry, Access Denied - You don’t have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE platform” error message. You may be trying to access some different login page.

Resolution:

Please try to login using the Sign In link from the invitation mail received. 

No invitation mail

After you purchase 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers, you may receive several emails:

1. 3DEXPERIENCE ID account – Email verification

2. Welcome!

3. Your 3DEXPERIENCE subscription confirmation

4. Get started with your 3DEXPERIENCE subscription

The ‘Get started’ email is the invitation mail. It typically takes a few minutes because your platform must be set up with your licenses. If after an hour you do not receive the ‘Get started’ email, you could try the following:


a) Go to https://eu1-makers-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com and try logging into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
