You might have received the waning as "License not granted" with "Error: Client and Server are not time synchronized" as shown in image.
This warning shows up when system time is not synced with your system location setting. You can refer following steps and image to resolve License not grated (Time Synchronized) warning.
1. Right-click on your "Date and Time" in the Windows taskbar -> Adjust date/time".
2. In the settings window that appears, turn on the toggle to "Set time automatically".
3. If this is already turned on, try click "Sync now" button to "Synchronize your clock".
Once time is synced, login to Makers Platform: https://solidworks.com/makers-cloud
