Most of you might have got the graphics card error message  when launching a native (rich) app. The error states that the graphics card on your system is not a part of the Certified Configuration for running 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

Resolution:

• You may ignore this error message and consider it as a warning as most of the times, you can continue to use the app with no issues.
• If you are unable to launch the app, you may update the drivers of your graphics card. You may also have to upgrade your graphic card specified in the list of certified system configurations​​​​​​​.
