A new tab ‘History’ is added to the Information panel in the ‘Risk Management’ and ‘Opportunity Management’ app.

The ‘History’ tab displays history details of a selected risk, risk template or opportunity including:

•The Details

The Details column includes a link to the respective 
object which can be opened in other applications.

Why

Improve decision making by displaying the severity of the risk in the creation dialog, the table view and the property panel.

How

• The Risk Severity is based on the Risk Impact and the Risk Probability.

• Until now, the severity of the risk was represented only by the various colors in the Risk Matrix. (Green, Yellow, Red)

• Now, a new field, ‘Severity’ is introduced and available for Risk and Opportunity in the:

  • Creation dialog

  • Table View

  • Property Panel

• In the default risk matrix configuration the severity is mapped as follows:

  • Green level is mapped to Severity 1- Low

  • Yellow level is mapped to Severity 2 – Medium

  • Red level is mapped to Severity 3-High

• You can change the severity definition in the risk matrix configuration.
