• You can now attach Publication package to RFX

  

• The attached Publication is saved in a zip format and you can decide if you want to share it with your suppliers or not.

• Once shared, suppliers can view the Publication content by downloading the zip file.

Note: The Package Publication is generated in the ‘Collaboration Package Management’ app that comes with ‘Product Release Engineer’ or with ‘3D Product Architect’ roles

• A new field, ‘Project Context’ is now introduced, which allows you to associate a project with the RFX.

• The following project types are supported:

  • Project Management

  • Project Planner

Why

Improve RFQ process through a sealed RFQ

How   

• A new field, ‘Bidding Type’ is introduced for RFQ in the RFQ creation dialog which contains two optional values:

  • Open (current behavior)

  • Sealed (new)

• In the case of a Sealed RFQ, buyers cannot access supplier responses until the RFQ due date has passed.

• In the case of an Open RFQ, buyers can view supplier responses at any time.
