How

A new ‘Derived Output’ tab is now available in the Information Panel of a controlled document, which lists the generated PDF file and allows you to download the PDF file.

Enable Change Impacts
Why Improve the controlled documents change process, by assess the impacts of changes directly from the Controlled Document Management app.
How A new ‘Change Impacts’ command is added to the Actions Menu, which allows you to assess the impacts of changes on the controlled document directly from within the Controlled Document Management application. The ‘Change Impacts’ command is available in case a change request or a change action is defined for the selected controlled document.
