How •We now support Questionnaires in the 'Controlled Document Management’ widget •Questionnaire provides the framework to automatically identify desired approvers, templates and classifications for Controlled Documents based on user responses to each question. •Two type of questionnaires are supported: •Creation: Used when creating a new Controlled Document from scratch. •Approval: Used when creating a new Controlled Document from Controlled Document Templates that have questionnaires defined. Notes: 1.In this release, using the 'Controlled Document Management’ widget, you can only create a new Controlled Document based on Approval questionnaire. 2.You can add the following as related data to questions: Controlled document template, a person, route template, or library class.

Manage Document Rendition Templates in 'Controlled Document Management’ widget
Why Enhance PDF rendering by defining Rendition Document Templates
How •A new Category ‘ Rendition Templates’ was added to the ‘Controlled Document Management’ Home Page, allowing you to create and manage Rendition Document Templates (RDTs). •Rendition Document Templates are used to define cover pages or a first page overlay (such as an approval stamp) for each file that is attached to the Controlled Document when rendering the PDF. •You can create Rendition Template for each ‘File Category’. •Using the ‘File Category’ set on the file level as well as on the Rendition Template, the system knows which RDT to use for each file, when rendering the PDF.

•You can create Rendition Template for each ‘File Category’.

•Using the ‘File Category’ set on the file level as well as on the Rendition Template,
the system knows which RDT to use for each file, when rendering the PDF.
