• Using the rich text you can now:
  • Create bold and italicize fonts
  • Underline phrases
  • Add bullet points.
  • Choose different fonts, text sizes, and colors
  • Add hyperlinks
  • Embed images
  • And more

How     

• A new property is introduced, available on projects and project elements (tasks, milestones), that allows you to:
  • Subscribe to notifications
    
  • Unsubscribe to notifications
    
    ​​​​​​​
• Using the Subscribe property, you can change the default behavior:
  • Mute notifications for specific projects
  • Subscribe to all notifications from specific tasks/milestones (even if you are not in the list of notifications recipients)

Note:
This property is also available on standalone tasks in collaborative Tasks application.

Why

Improve project standardization by cloning User Profiles

How     

• When creating a project from a template or from another project, the User Profiles are now:
  • Cloned, and appear in the Members tab.
  • Connected to the cloned tasks as in the source project.
• Project Members are not cloned from template, therefore, after cloning, the User Profile will not have any users assigned to it.

Why

Improve resource allocation management with available information about the profile, skills and business role of the required resource.

How     

• New columns are added to the Members table view in Project Members Tab:
  • User Profile Name
  • Business Role
  • Skills
• This information is displayed in the table, also after the user was assigned to the project.
• You can also un-assign a user.
  In this case:
  • The User Profile will go back to its unassigned state.
  • If the user who was assigned is not assigned to any other User Profile, a dialog box will be shown, asking you if the user should remain a project member or removed from the project.

Why

Improve collaboration and clarity through a unique task’s name / id

How     

• A new field ‘Name’ is available now in the task’s property panel.
• The name is unique per tenant.

How     

A new field ‘Candidate Assignees’ was added to the Task Members tab, in both ‘Project Planning’ and ‘Collaborative Tasks’ applications.

Candidate Assignees’ can contain single users or a group of users.

A new filter ‘Show Tasks where I'm the Candidate’ was added, displaying all the tasks that:

• Does not have any assignee
  AND
• The user is directly a ‘Candidate Assignee’ or part of a group which is a ‘Candidate Assignee’.
