How - A new option “Agile Project” is available in the ‘Create New Project’ dialog’
- Agile project management is an iterative approach to planning and delivering a project throughout its lifecycle.
It breaks project work down into smaller cycles called iterations or sprints.- Iterations are sub projects of Agile project
- Work Context - 3DEXPERIENCE objects that drive the need for an activity (task) to be created.
- The supported type of 3DEXPERIENCE objects:
Ideas, posts, questions, wikis, requirements, requirement specifications, documents & issues
- New Views are introduced to support the Agile Project, through the following tabs:
- Iterations - provides a view to manage work contexts and iterations.
- Tasks - is enhanced and display a view of tasks that can be filtered by a work context.

How A new dashboard application, Kanban Board, is now available and provides a simple way to visualize and mature all actionable work activities The Kanban board provides a simple way to visualize and mature all actionable work activities.Parveen 
Using the Kanban Board application, you can: - Create Kanban boards with columns that represent the process flow and business maturity states used by your department.
- By default, three columns are created:
- To Do
- In Progress
- Completed
- You can modify these columns depending on your workflow. (add, remove, change the name)
- You can map each column in the Kanban Board with one or several maturity states.
- In case a column is mapped with the object Maturity State -> Moving the object between these columns will automatically change its maturity state.
- Adding Objects to a Kanban Board
- You can add objects to a Kanban Board to visualize them in the different columns.
- You can move the objects from one column to the other column to follow the progress
of the work to be done on the object.
Note: For now, only “Issues” are supported in Kanban Boards.

How You can now add sub projects to Schedule Highlight view To distinguish between tasks and projects in the Schedule Highlight view, the bars have different shape: - The projects appear as bars with rounded edges
- The tasks appear as bars with straight edge

How A new dashboard application, Kanban Board, is now available and provides a simple way to visualize and mature all actionable work activities You can now set a customized calendar on a project, using the new ‘Calendar’ field available in the project’s property panel. The non working days and holidays (exceptions) which are defined in the calendar, are shown on the project timeline with different colors: - Non-working days are displayed in gray color
- Exceptions are displayed in blue color.
Notes: - When a calendar is set on a project, it is not propagated to the subprojects.
- To create a new calendar, ‘Project Manager’ role is needed
- In the next FD, only Collaborative Industry Innovator role will be required to create a calendar
