How A new setting ‘Disable Attachments and Task Deliverables inheritance‘ is now introduced and available in the ‘Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center‘ widget under ‘Project Management’ -> ‘Project Template Behaviors’ section. It allows you to prevent access inheritance for attachments and deliverables connected to a project or a task. By default, the setting is unchecked. In this case, the system shares the ownership of the project and task to any connected attachment and deliverable.

How A new setting ‘Restrict Risk Matrix Configuration create & modify access to Platform Admins‘ is now introduced and available in the ‘Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center‘ widget under ‘Project Management’ -> ‘Risk Management’ section. It allows you to control who can configure the Risk Matrix Configuration. In case the setting is set to : False (the default), the behavior remains the current behavior: Project Leaders can create and modify the Risk Matrix Configuration True, only users with platform admin privilege can configure the Risk Matrix Configuration.

New Attribute ‘Severity’ for Risk & Opportunity |

How The Risk Severity is based on the Risk Impact and the Risk Probability. Until now, the severity of the risk was represented only by the various colors in the Risk Matrix. (Green, Yellow, Red) Now, a new field, ‘Severity’ is introduced and available for Risk and Opportunity in the: Creation dialog Table View Property Panel
In the default risk matrix configuration the severity is mapped as follows: Green level is mapped to Severity 1- Low Yellow level is mapped to Severity 2 – Medium Red level is mapped to Severity 3-High
You can change the severity definition in the risk matrix configuration.
