How •You can now export multiple projects to a zip file, by selecting multiple projects and use the ‘Export’ command available in the ‘Actions’ menu. •This is available for : •Selected program -> Projects page •Project section -> Projects page
•The zip file which includes all projects will be downloaded and also sent to the log in user via email. Note: Subprojects are not exported. |

How •A new setting ‘Link, rather than copy, documents when revising the project template‘ is now introduced and available in the ‘Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center‘ widget under Project Management -> Project Template Behaviors section. •It allows you to connect existing bookmark documents from previous project template to a newly revised one. •By default, the setting is unchecked, which means that when revising a project template, the documents are copied and not linked. |
