Customize Attributes displayed in the ID Card
Why Define the relevant attributes for your usage in the header of the "Engineering Release" widget.
How You can now customize the header of the "Engineering Release" widget, or the "ID Card", to fit your needs, by: - Adding/removing attributes - Defining the attribute order This is available through a new command in the contextual menu of the ID Card.

Why
Define the relevant attributes for your usage in the header of the "Engineering Release" widget.

How
You can now customize the header of the "Engineering Release" widget, or the "ID Card", to fit your needs, by:

- Adding/removing attributes

- Defining the attribute order

This is available through a new command in the contextual menu of the ID Card.

Specification Document Column in the widget
Why Make it easier to identify the existence of a "Specification" document(s) without the need to open the "Property" panel.
How A new column is now available that shows an icon in case one or more "Specification" document is linked to the Engineering Item.When you add the column to the widget, an icon is displayed to show the existence of such documents. When you click on this icon, the property panel is launched, and the "Specification" tab is selected to enable you to view these documents.

Why
Make it easier to identify the existence of a "Specification" document(s) without the need to open the "Property" panel.

How
A new column is now available that shows an icon in case one or more "Specification" document is linked to the Engineering Item.When you add the column to the widget, an icon is displayed to show the existence of such documents.

When you click on this icon, the property panel is launched, and the "Specification" tab is selected to enable you to view these documents.

Grouping from the Tagger
Why To enable you to focus on products in the Engineering Definition, which are relevant to your needs (Such as in the case of products that belong to a specific discipline)
How You can group the products in the Engineering Definition based on a tag from the list of tags in the 6Wtags. This will group all the products under this selected tag, in the Engineering Definition. The other products will be grouped under a "group" called "Others”.

To enable you to focus on products in the Engineering Definition, which are relevant to your needs (Such as in the case of products that belong to a specific discipline)

Why Enhance product identification management by requesting manually an external system to set the part number.
How There are two new administrative options in the Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center, that enable you to: - Manually set the Enterprise Item Number (EIN) - Generate an EIN based on: None (only manual) Formula Business Logic script External System Automatic () --> this is the default () Business logic has higher precedence over the Formula. The Formula has a higher precedence over the user input mechanism
