Carry-over and Revise Product Configurations

Why

Improve productivity and accuracy by carrying-over and revising the required product configurations from existing Model Version

How     

- You can now carry over and revise the Product Configurations(PCs) from existing Model Version.

- The "Carry over and close" option is provided in the Model Version ID card menu. This option allows you to select the existing model version from and then displays the list of existing product configurations in it.

- You can select the required Product Configurations(PCs) and click "Revise and Close" option. The new revision of these product configurations is created in the target model version that you can reuse and update as requited.

Notes:

• You can only carry over Product Configurations that are in the Frozen, In Work, or Private maturity state
• You can carry over Product Configurations from the same or different model version family
