How

The 3DEXPERIENCE CAD Transition utility allows you to convert the CATIA V5 objects into 3DEXPERIENCE objects that can be edited in the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.

From the R2023x FD04 release, this utility now also supports conversion of the following:
- CATIA V5 Material Specs i.e. CATMaterial
