Why

Improve the accuracy of imported data by employing a specific reference system for the coordinated data during import

How   

• User can now choose a specific Coordinate Reference System (CRS) on import so that the data is properly geo-located.

Why

Increase flexibility during data import when working with designs containing geolocation information

How     

• You can now import a file that contains geolocation information (degree, minutes, seconds).
• Import MicroStation design models (.DGN) to allow the user to translate them by defining a new geolocation or using the existing one if included in the file.
• If the file coordinates greater than 100KM from the origin, the information can be translated locally to simplify the coordinate definitions.
