The Change Execution app, provides the following:

Home page with access to your recent changes you worked on (Change Requests, Change Orders and Change Actions)
Navigation on assigned Change Requests, Change Orders and Change Actions
Creation of new Change Requests and Change Actions

The Change Execution app targets the following users:

Change Contributors
Change Approvers
Change Implementers

Compare tool - User Interface Enhancements
Why Compare objects with more flexibility and efficiency, and organize the Compare widget according to your needs.
How A new user interface is available for Compare. The different comparisons are now available in tabs, that you can organize as you like. Action bar commands and most of the preferences have been moved to toolbars. For example, the Treat revisions as equivalent and Treat duplicates as equivalent preferences have been replaced with the Choose Statuses to Display command. The compare statuses have also been updated: The Revisioned status has been renamed Revision. The Moved status has been renamed Position. The Similar status has been replaced with Duplicate and Branch statuses. The Unrelated status has been added. The color codes have been modified.

Compare objects with more flexibility and efficiency, and organize the Compare widget according to your needs.

How

A new user interface is available for Compare.

The different comparisons are now available in tabs, that you can organize as you like. Action bar commands and most of the preferences have been moved to toolbars. Issue Management - Responsibility Assignments enhancements
Why Improved productivity, on any device, with enhanced Members definition for more accurate and efficient responsibility matrix.
How The Co-owners is now renamed Coordinators to be more meaningful. The Informed User is introduced in the Issue to involve additional people to be informed. Streamlined permissions have been delivered for better control: Collaborative space member responsibilities : only provides the permissions to see (Reader) and create Issue (minimum is Contributor). Issue RASCI responsibilities (Owner, Coordinators, Assignee, Contributors, Informed Users) : provides all the other permissions
