Why
Reduce the Change Request creation time by reusing existing content from another similar Change Request |
How You can now duplicate an existing Change Request (CR) and create a new one based on it. The duplicate command is available in: -“My Change Requests” view: in the Toolbar menu - Change Request ID card: in the drop down menu
This command will duplicate the following: • Attributes (out of the box, custom, deployment and customer extension attributes) • Custom attributes • Applicability • Impact Analysis (out of the box, custom, deployment and customer extension attributes) • Members (on the Change Request as well as on the Impact Analysis) |
