How A new command “Create New Change Request” is now available from the tab “Change Orchestration”, which will create a new child CR. This enables you to decompose the complex change and break it down into smaller changes for a better assessment and analysis. Note: You cannot add an existing Change Request as a child You cannot remove added child Change Request from the list. |

How Dispatch: 1.A new menu for dispatching the selected Impact analysis is now available in the “Impact Analysis” tab on one or more selected Impact analysis. 2.This command will: 1.Create a new revision of the Impact Analysis 2.Dispatch this new revision of the Impact analysis to a new / existing Child CR Note: -The Impact Analysis of the parent CR should be in “Completed” state -The Impact Analysis should not have any Change Action -Only the latest Revision of the Impact analysis will be dispatched Refinement: A new command “Refine” enables you to create a new revision of Impact Analysis )IA) from the selected one. Note: Only the following IA can be refined: -IA in completed maturity state -IA that are not dispatched -IA that do not have Change Actions planned for them Filter – Roll up: A new option “Rolled-up” in the filter allows you to filter the Impact Analysis and show the following: •Latest revision of the un-dispatched Impact Analysis •Best so far of each Impact Analysis from each of the dispatched Change Request |
