Business Process Service Task Credit Pack (BPK-OC)

Why

This role provides credits in the shared pool (already supplied by  credits contributed by the various tenant roles) for tasks requiring credits.

Who:

Users who are responsible for managing the business process credits

How:

• Number of credit included in the pack: each pack includes 2,400 credits (BPT - Business Process Automation Credit)
• Authorize execution of tasks requiring credits beyond quota 
• Credits consumption reminder: 
  • Each Human task done by an external user, through API or by a Business Process Contributor consumes 1 credit
  • Each connection to other IT systems and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform solutions consumes 0.1 credit
  • Each email send, each service tasks done consumes 0.01 credit
