Why

Improve management of user resources through expanded information about user rights within workflows

You can now see all the users information in the User tab (supervision, controlled rights, etc.) by selecting the “I” icon I the far right column pf the User/Group table

The system will provide a list  of:

Assignments - Members of group, processes that can be started, assigned tasks, accessible tasks and background tasks

Supervision - Tracking filters, process rights, dynamic controller rights, supervisory rights, dynamic supervision rights

Rights on Iterop Design - KPI, process owner

Management of the Documents sent to Netvibes

Why

Improve the ability to comply with data retention requirements through control of Netvibes analytical information retention

How

In the Business Process Design / Deployment Management Tab, the data retention period for Business Process Data in the application is now expanded to include the data sent to Netvibes.

After the deadline, the variables will be removed in Business Process App and the Netvibes Semantic Graph Index

Conversion of Word Documents to PDF

Why

Expand the management of documents linked to a process through the ability to convert to PDF format

How

You can now convert Word documents to PDF format within the methods of a JUEL script.
