3DPassport

Delegated Authentication
Why Keep consistency between all your accounts by easily mapping your 3DEXPERIENCE ID to your local authentication system.
How User authentication is delegated to the customer's identity provider. It is important to note that the very first time the user logs in, they must associate a 3DEXPERIENCE ID (new or existing - highly recommended for existing platforms). Note that until now, this feature was only available for on-premise and dedicated/private cloud. Now you are able to implement it in the public cloud as well.

How

How PartSupply tool is now accessible via the Topbar. You can simply click on the 3DDrive Icon> Use the Arrow next to 3DDrive> Select PartSupply

External drives activation by tenant
Why Gain more control over the drivers you want to activate or deactivate
How As a platform administrator, you are now able to deactivate or activate any of the external drives for your company. From Platform Management Dashboard, access the "Content" tab, then in "Drives Control Center" widget, select "Manage Settings" section.

3DPlay

"Share as comment" option available for 3D Data
Why Save time by opening the previous review alongside your 3DModel, in the comment section
How You can now use the option "share as Comment" to save your annotations on 3D Model data, displayed in 3DPlay. This option allows you to keep a track of these annotations in the comment panel (next to the property panel of 3DPlay) of your 3D Model. Note that the reference image created in the comment, can be re-opened with all its content (annotation, view point, measure & section) in 3DPlay. Watch this video that illustrates this new feature:

Why Save time by using shortcuts while navigating on 3DPlay content
How You can use the keyboard shortcuts for PDF file opened in 3DPlay. This behavior is activated for PDF content opened directly in a 3DPlay widget and not for embedded 3DPlay instances inside 3DDrive, 3DSwym, etc.

3DSearch

Boolean operators available in 6wTags
Why Save time by retrieving the relevant content quickly using the boolean operators
How From now, you can apply operators in the 6wTags panel. This way you are able to apply the right sets of filter to retrieve the relevant content easily. Note: The administrator of the platform should first activate the option in the Platform Management Dashboard.
